Welcome to Sriracha Revolver Hot Sauce Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and all associated content, functionality, and services, including the purchase of products from Sriracha Revolver Hot Sauce Inc.

Please read these terms carefully before using the site or placing an order.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, or by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or purchase any Products.

Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain features, such as placing an order. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information.

• Keep your password confidential and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

• We reserve the right to disable any user account, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

• Product Information: We make every effort to display our Products—including their flavours, bottle sizes (e.g., 500ml), and ingredients—as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your screen's display of any colour, texture, or detail will be accurate. Minor variations in appearance may occur. Ingredient lists are provided on individual product pages, and it is your responsibility to review them for potential allergens.

• Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CA$). We reserve the right to adjust prices for our Products at any time without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our Site may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: (a) contact you for instructions before shipping, or (b) cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

• Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We may, at any time, revise or discontinue any Product. We cannot guarantee that all Products will be available at all times or in all regions. In the event a Product is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

Orders and Acceptance

• Placing an Order: Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the Product(s) in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation email to the address you provided. The contract of sale between us ("Contract") is only formed when we send you this order confirmation.

• Order Errors: You are responsible for ensuring that your order is complete and accurate, including the selection of Products, quantities, and shipping address. We are not responsible for any errors you make.

• Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including for limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Payment

We use third-party payment processors, including Square, to process payments. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the authority to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order (including product costs, shipping, and taxes). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Area: We currently ship orders within Canada only. For international customers, we have partnered with a third-party service, Lucifer’s House of Heat, to facilitate worldwide shipping. International customers must place their orders directly through that partner.

• Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped from our Vancouver-area facility twice weekly. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched.

• Delivery Timelines: Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs hold-ups.

• Title and Risk: Title to, and risk of loss of, the Products passes to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier for shipment.

Shipping Damage Policy 

Our Products are carefully packaged in glass bottles. In the rare event that your order arrives with damaged glass, you must contact us via our web form within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, tracking information, and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item(s) at no extra cost.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our Products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a Product is defective or arrives damaged (as per our policy above).

Product Storage and Shelf Life

Our hot sauces are vinegar-preserved and are shelf-stable. They do not require refrigeration until opened. For optimal quality and flavour, we recommend storing them in a cool, dark place. After opening, refrigerate the product and consume it within one year for the best experience.

Intellectual Property

The entire content of this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the "Sriracha Revolver" name and logo, is the property of Sriracha Revolver Hot Sauce Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission. 

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site:

• For any unlawful purpose.

• To submit false or misleading information.

• To attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's security or functionality.

• To use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sriracha Revolver Hot Sauce Inc. and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or Products.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check our Site periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. This severance shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, along with any separate agreements we have with you for services, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sriracha Revolver Hot Sauce Inc. regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
